Why Paperbark?
The paperbark tree has a unique bark that peels away to reveal the new, stronger bark underneath, symbolising resilience, strength, and transformation.
Our Team

Kelsey is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician with over 8 years of experience helping individuals improve their relationship with food, eating, and body image. In sessions she provides evidence-based nutrition therapy drawing upon CBT-E, ACT, Health at Every Size, and intuitive eating principles with a down-to-earth approach.
She highly regards her clients' wisdom, strengths, and personal values, and focuses on collaboration and clear communication in helping them reach their goals. Her philosophy about food is that it provides so much more than nutrition - it brings enjoyment and connection - and she feels privileged to be able to help clients reconnect with this.
Kelsey is skilled in working with individuals experiencing Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, Other Specified Feeding and Eating Disorder, disordered eating, chronic/yo-yo dieting, and poor body image. She currently sees individuals aged 16 and older.
When not working in private practice, Kelsey also works as a Senior Dietitian at an inpatient eating disorder unit in Sydney. She also loves spending time at the beach and at local cafes with her family and friends.
