Why Paperbark?

The paperbark tree has unique, papery bark that peels away to reveal the new, strong bark underneath. This symbolises the resilience, strength, and transformation in embarking on your recovery journey.

Kelsey Loudon

Senior Dietitian & Director

Kelsey is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician with over 8 years of experience helping individuals improve their relationship with food, eating, and body image. In sessions she draws upon CBT-E, ACT, and Health at Every Size principles with a down-to-earth approach. She highly regards her clients' own wisdom, strengths, and resilience and acknowledges the importance of collaboration in building a strong therapeutic relationship. Her philosophy about food is that it provides so much more than nutrition - it brings joy and connection - and she feels privileged to be able to share this with others.

Kelsey is experienced in working with individuals experiencing Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, Other Specified Feeding and Eating Disorder, disordered eating, chronic/yo-yo dieting, and poor body image. She concurrently holds a Senior Dietitian role at a private inpatient eating disorder unit in Sydney. When not working, she loves spending time at the beach and at local cafes with her family and friends.
